SIX MHS offer a series of training courses which teach you how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56 billion each year. But for every £1 spent by employers on mental health interventions, they get back £5.30 in reduced absence, presenteeism, and staff turnover (Deloitte2022).
Our Training is led by MHFA England instructor, Tracy Sullivan. Tracy and her team of certified MHFA England Associates offer a series of comprehensive courses to meet all training requirements, from a 2 Day, Full Member Course to a Half Day Refresher as well as post training support for delegates and bespoke talks and training.
Tracy has a background as a CEO, chair and board member of organisations leading them through growth and change. This alongside her own lived experience of mental illness and supporting family, friends, colleagues and staff enables her to bring a breadth of knowledge, understanding and a real passion to her work with SIX MHS.
When Tracy’s not out getting muddy in her walking boots she can mostly be found curled up in a corner with a good book!
